10.2 Upon account closure, any verified genuine cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

10.3 A player may voluntarily close their jd777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not exempt the player from the terms of any active bonus wagering obligations or pending withdrawal reviews.

12.2 jd777's total aggregate liability to any single user in any calendar year shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the same calendar year, calculated in PKR.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or restrict jd777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.1 jd777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering for jd777, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
